Reviews and Ratings
I found the tower next to me very attractive with a 'city view,' but unfortunately, the rooms are showing signs of aging and are dated. The service was helpful, except for the pricey overnight guest charge. The location was superb, surrounded by great shopping, restaurants, and iconic attractions like Pike Market. Dining was pleasant but charging for parking on top of a high room rate was a letdown.
The hotel was spacious and clean throughout, but a bit dirty. The location was the only good thing about our stay, but the area felt a little shady. The dining experience was not great, with high prices for basic items. The hotel does offer dry cleaning, laundry, and pet amenities.
My stay at the hotel was lovely overall. The room I received was nice, with a good view from the 45th floor overlooking Puget Sound and the top of the Space Needle all lit up for Christmas. However, the check-in process was slower than expected despite having checked in online.
My stay at the hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were spacious enough to allow me to store my own beverages, and they were well-equipped with snacks available for purchase. After attending a show at Jazz Alley, coming back to my room was a delight.
The hotel's location is amazing, very close to Pike Market, many stores, restaurants, and the monorail to the Space Needle. The rooms, although comfortable for me, my wife, and our little son, had blinds open to the sun which made it quite hot and smelled of stale cigarettes. The dining experience was great with a variety of delicious options but a bit expensive at 60 USD for a basic buffet breakfast. The service was a mix of friendly and helpful to kind of impolite, at best, with pet amenities available but focused only on wealthy business men, completely ignoring other guests. Despite the ridiculous location, overall, the stay was pleasant, and I slept better than I had in months.
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms lacked expected amenities like a sink outside the bathroom, a microwave, and an empty refrigerator. On the bright side, the hotel usually has snacks and stuff in the fridge that you can pay for, but unfortunately, my room had no fridge, making it a bit noisy at times.
The hotel had ok rooms that were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and cheerful, particularly during the busy Saturday afternoon check-in time. The location was great, within walking distance to many attractions but fell short of a 4-star hotel. The dining was expensive, and the breakfast was very basic for the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and well-decorated, but I found the double beds a bit small compared to queen-sized beds. The service provided by the receptionist was outstanding, as they went above and beyond to rectify an error with a nice gesture. The location was convenient for exploring downtown Seattle, although getting a ride during peak hours was next to impossible. The dining options were limited, but the facilities were satisfactory overall.
